Rent is due on the date in your lease. We accept check, money order, ACH/bank transfer and Zelle; every payment is recorded with a receipt number. Contact us for payment details. Online card/ACH payment in the portal is coming soon.

Resident portal
Current residents receive a personal invitation link to create a portal login. Use it to see your balance and history and to submit maintenance requests. Lost your invite? Ask us for a new one.
Repairs
Use the maintenance form or the portal. Please mark real emergencies (no heat, leaks, gas, no power) as “Emergency” and call as well.
Safety & notices
Each January we send the annual lead-paint and window-guard notice — please return it. NYC heat season runs October 1 to May 31. Don’t disable smoke or carbon-monoxide detectors; tell us if one isn’t working.
